Fuji's brakeset is regular old DiaCompe.

Campania's set was produced for Fuji by Cherry.

It's weird that brakes spec'ed for Fuji bikes ended up on Campania's bikes... but, then again, maybe not. Maybe the Campania distributors got a good deal on some Cherry brakes that Fuji decided not purchase. I've ran into these Cherry brakes once before, on a Sekine (mid-level bicycle). On the Sekine, I believe they had the Cherry name/logo bolts. The brakes seem as good as any other similar brake (of approx. year and design). The Campania has Fuji seat binder bolts too. So, again, inconclusive evidence that Fuji supplied Campania their frames...
