Vicini: Unknown Model, 1960's(?) Build Up

Hello,
Getting ready to start a rebuild on an early fairly uncommon frame. Any insight would be appreciated regarding this project. DO NOT ASK FOR PHOTOS! I don't make the rules here. Photos will be forthcoming when I mature on this site.

Here's to the first in Super Villain series: THE GREEN GOBLIN!!

Welcome aboard, glad you found us.

Go around, say "Hi", and/or comment to get your count up, then "pics or it didn't happen".

Is this the teaser?

If you upload photos to your album/gallery, we can often hunt them down.

The fact that two other colours may be seen beneath the apple green makes one wonder how accurate the transfers may be...

Juvela, good eyes! I know it's had one make over with the green, and possibly 2. I'll be stripping it down in the next week or so, maybe find some other markings under those coats. Bought in Italy from one of my trusted sellers, plus the price was dirt cheap for an Italian racer, has Camp dropouts, I've not ID'd the lugs (not that knowledgeable there), but I have a frame that has a similar build that is a mystery frame with what appears to be "store bought" decals on the main tubing, so possibly a match. I might just toss a test groupset on it to ride before the stripping just to see how it feels on the road. Will be putting Camp Nuovo FD/RD, Strada cranks/pedals (i'll use Looks for normal riding, non-eroica), Universal 68 brakeset, Everest Freewheel, 3T record bar and Stem, saddle Ideale "modified swallow", or Brooks "modified swallow", wheelset with Camp Tipo or record hubs, Nisi rims. Although everything is subject to change.
