Germaine is the name of my Schwinn. Brands, I've only four: Sears/Higgins, Schwinn, Shelby and Rollfast so I go by the names I gave them.

My GT (road bike) polished 6061 with CF fork down for maintenance (new bearings in the Nuke Proof hubs and redish of rear wheel) and upgrades (that being a new headset and CF fork):

The GT was found as an abandoned and stripped frame in a dumpster. It was awful and grody but I saw something in it and rescued it. It has a few scuffs but not a single dent or scratch. It is light, quick and as fast as I can push it.
My other "G" bike, purchased as I recall circa 84ish at Boone Cycles in Houston:

And ready for the Wicked Wind today:

The Guerciotti kinda sticks out alone in a sea of black Treks and black Specialized and more black Treks and some more black something others. One guy had said it was quaint, it is hardly quaint, he should have taken note of the many battle scars, I later passed him on his aero-fied black something other whilst punching into the wind, he tried to keep up so I put the hammer down on the Guerciotti and dropped the squid.

Sorry I missed the party. Saving my Lemond when we get to L.
Here's my US-made GT Pulse Kinesis track bike. (Don't have a pic of it built up.) Have only had it on the track a dozen times, and am still fiddling with the position, but it's always a joy to take down to the San Diego Velodrome.

And these aren't vintage, but I really, really love my Globes with my dog; a Live 3 (blue with porteur bars, 11-speed Alfine IGH, belt, & hydraulic brakes)

and a Live 2 (black), which is speedier with road bars, the Jtek shifter with Alfine-11 (butteriest shift I've ever felt on any bicycle or motorcycle) with the fenders, kickstand, chainguard, and Axa framelock removed:

Both bikes have a headbadge with a baseball card holder. This one has a trimmed foil from an enormous chocolate coin (a Kennedy half-dollar):

A friend holding my red Gazelle AB. Mr friend was riding my blue Dawes Atlantis — behind the Gazelle.

I’m trying to rebuild my Gazelle Tour de l'Avenir I bought in the early ‘70’s. It’s been sitting in an old shed for 25 years. I’m not a serious biker but would like to rebuild it more as a hobby. I don’t mind putting money into it as id like to ride it occasionally now that I’ve moved from the country with only gravel roads around to a place with paved bike paths. Anyone know where I could find help with the rebuild? My husband knows somethings as he’s rebuilding his old high school Schwinn too but neither of us know much. Thanks

A Gazelle Tour de l'Avenir, eh? Nice! A very versatile bike. I like those. Be sure to post pictures.

Just picked up this one as far as i can tell a 1983-84 Guerciotti. Its got a mix of parts mostly Sprint with some Superbe and Campagnolo sprinkled in. converted to flat bars.
