I know it's not up there with the other colnagos
Modolo levers and calipers
Gipiemme drivetrain and hubs
What would i do with it?

Ride It?

Lacking additional photos, it is probably genuine. However, the fork may be a replacement. With that in mind, carefully check the TT/DT for damage just behind the headtube.

The "Sport" models are generally significantly cheaper than "Super" or other contemporary Colnago models.

Still, it could be a good everyday rider.

Did the C Sport have 3 brake cable fittings across the top tube?

I think some of them may have the 3 cable guides.

It looks like many also have the smooth fork crowns (internal?)

Oh, also note that the lug cutouts are typically without clovers. Hearts or triangles? Maybe circles?
