Ok thanks. Thats good news b/c I just overpaid on a bike with extra components.....this softens an otherwise poor purchase.

The skewers were cool but my memory is that the handle loop on one of mine cracked. I had a pair of these hubs laced to Mavic Montlhery rims c. 1978-87 and thought they rode really well, and they never gave me trouble . I also remember hearing they were happiest with lightweight riders but don’t remember where I heard that.
