Are the Campy brakes levers just brake levers? Do you have separate shift levers to work with your Dura Ace/Ultegra derailleurs & Cassette?

Is that the era of long spline freehubs? So you're limited to a few 10-speed cassettes?

A few things that you might consider:

S&S Couplers? They can be pretty expensive, but used ones pop up from time to time.

If you're lucky, you can get a travel case with your bike or frame.

Another thing to consider... I've been intending to build up a bike with 853 tubing. Hopefully a little stiffer than other tubing choices.

That would give you some Lemonds. But, a few others will pop up too. Finding a good frame with all the rack or fender mounts could be a problem.

The two limiting factors in looking for an older steel frame are the rear hub (you will need to spread the frame to deal with that rear hub, which looks to be 130 mm) and the brakes. Measure the reach on the brakes and find a frame that works with them. That won't be hard as the reach on those brakes are likely 39-49 mm.
