Campagnolo One-Pice Fixed/Free Hub?

I saw these pictures that Kurt Sperry posted on the CR list of "stuff I saw on eBay". Has anyone ever seen a fixed/free Campy one-piece hub in real life? I can't say I've ever seen pictures of another one, or any catalog reference. Was this perhaps a one off?

IIRC, a couple of years ago. someone was showing pics of a stash of NIB Campy parts and the rear hub box was labelled 'double-sided' or Fixed Free.

Arcane enough for you?

Yes, bitd I don't think it was that unusual. I had one at one point. For those of us who lived in hill country, a million miles from a velodrome, but still wanted to learn to ride a track bike. Oops... may not have been that common after all. I remember track bikes were passed around and adjusted as needed at the district championships, so a few of us could compete.

Yup. There are plenty of Campy examples from the 3-piece/FB era. I was wondering if there were later examples. And on a related note, Tulio made his repuation on the quick release. I assume early quick releases were expected to be used on such fixed/free hubs?
