Go to some of the other threads and post responses. The 10 will come quickly that way.

Don't use the forums function for posting photos. Use a good image hosting service like https://imgur.com/ and embed the photos here with links.

It does look bent forward, which is unusual.
Forks are usually bent back from collisions.

But photographs can be a bit deceptive and make things appear bent, that are not.

Those bends usually happen are after an unfortunate launching of one's self, Evel Knievel style. Looks a lot like a 1940's CCM but has attributes of a Birmingham made bike. See if the crank has a date code. Also the serial number under the seat. What model hubs? And does the stem clamping bolt have a rectangular section ala CCM? Tire size too.

Here's my 40 CCM for comparison. Most CCM's have similar box lining.

That doesn't get around the 10-post minimum for either photos or links. And external links can be ephemeral; look what happened to a whole slew of posts on a whole slew of forum sites when barfbucke... er... photobucket tweaked their rules about external linking. The built-in forum photo service works fine, as shown.

Ok. But I am really glad that Photobucket is no longer usable. Photobucket was one of the slowest and most bloated services I've ever come across. Good thing it forced people to finally move to something more modern and useful.

+1

I was unsure if it is that steerer bent at crown or if blades have "relaxed" - perhaps both deformations are present...
