Nice! A pair of these came on my recently-acquired Bianchi. Although these pedals also came with titanium spindles, mine - like yours - were steel. Very light! Too light, in fact. I sold them last week to a fellow in Germany for around $100 including shipping. Mine were missing the dustcaps; apparently they pop off pretty easily.
They felt waaaaaay too light for me to ride, so I figured to pass them along. I think the dood was pretty happy to get them. Don't know if he'll ride them or put them in a display case - they are cool-looking pedals and surely are for the weight-weenies.

Not too many C&V weight weenie clipped pedals. Only other two weenie clipped pedals I know of are the ones from Assos and Stronglight's PR300 pedalsets. These were all metal pedals, so they were not as light as the Vittorias, but do come close to the weights of modern lightweight composite bodied pedals like the Look Keo Classic.

Current production from Taiwan by Ace. Amazing light. The second image is what I currently have on a Teledyne with MKS ally toe clips, Christophe straps, custom toe flips, Ti screws.

Stronglight PR300 Pedals. I think they came out about the same time as their Delta Group and could actually be part of it.
Resin bodies with aluminum cages. Even the cage screws and washers are aluminum. The spindles are steel though.
About the same weight as the Assos pedals......
I was thinking of mounting these on my Peugeot PY10FC but decided to keep them aside for now as they are super rare pedals.
They are much harder to find than even the Assos pedals these days.
