Eddy Merckx Kelme colors

1982: some amateur in a suit gives advice to professionals.
1983: nr36 - Merckx no change in painting, nr54 - the guy looks like he has a future ahead of him...
1984: instead of light blue, white was used; the photo captures the incredible speed...
1985: first two-colour EMC scheme; Kelme blue/white
1986/1987: two-colour scheme used in EMC 1986-1990; Kelme red/white
1988/1989: scheme unchanged - Kelme green/white

1990: two-colour scheme used in EMC 1989-1990 ; Kelme red/blue
1991/1993: three-colour scheme used in EMC 1991-1996 Kelme purple/white/light green
A curiosity: Kelme may have been painting for the 1990 season in the same way as the ADR 1988 team, but it didn't succeed and the painting was given to... Westwood team.

Thanks for that; very cool! I was scratching my head when you mentioned Kelme in response to the pic post of my ‘85. I never thought it was a team color. Notice the aero mount shifters on Jose’s ‘85 bike.

I have a '85 two colour also, it's red and yellow. Any idea if it's a team bike also? I haven't seen any two colour EMC's other than the Kelme in the pic above.
