There's a lot going on in that cartoon.
The front rider is flatulating as the rear tire is flatting?
Or is the rear tire digging into the dirt because of the body position and "health" of the stoker thus causing the captain to exert himself?
Whatever, the placement of feet seems about right for both riders.

Is the translation "Are you even pedaling?!"

I'm reminded of all sorts of group ride jokes involving Mexican food and "Get out there and break wind for us!"

According to Google, it looks like it reads something like:

Going down, Coco! I am flat.
Hold on! I have my pump.

Not knowing any better, I guessed one of the multiple entendres is that she should lean forward (i.e. down) to make his pedalling easier... on second thoughts, she should wait until he is finished flatulating.
I think we need a native French speaker to properly decode all the multiple entendres.
