I'm not certain , DQRider, if you were referring to this wheel amongst fallen leaves photo or someone else's photo.

If it was mine many thanks for the compliment.

I always enjoy your photos , DQRider,
as to my eye they are amongst the best on this forum.

I thoroughly enjoy finding vintage bikes, wrenching on the bikes, riding them and stopping for photos. Fun, fun, activities for me.

On occasion a photo looks decent to my eye but lots go to the trash bin

I occasionally print a photo I really like to iron on photo paper and iron it on to a t shirt.

Unfortunately after a couple dozen washing the image is much deteriorated.

Oh well, fun while it lasts.
Some of you guys are posting some great photos I really enjoy viewing on this and other forum threads. Please keep'em coming.

I should do a better job of adding a compliment to the one's that really resonate with me.

Just finished wrenching on a
Raleigh Marathon ,1983 or 84 ,I think, I came across last week.

Now I'm about to go out and ride it a bit.

The initial ride yesterday impressed me enough to make a few more changes.

I was not expecting to like the ride of it so much. It was a pleasant surprise.

Sometimes I like to surprise myself in the morning with something I didn't know I wrote the night before. :injured:

Alcohol consumption goes up a bit during the winter here. I'm pretty sure I meant that shot.

Cycling gives you wings. My bike in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, London, which has been temporarily filled with 25,000 illuminated roses to create the Ever After garden, for Londoners to remember absent loved ones in the run up to Christmas.

For the Grateful Dead maybe, this crowd less grateful about being dead:)

Brings back memories; I used to work for the US Navy at 7 North Audley Street, which is on the left if I have your photo's orientation correct. Late 93 to late 95 - good times :)

Of course, no disrespect intended. :) That’s a beautiful tribute I’d love to experience and be humbled by.

Of course, no offence taken, and none meant by me either, just making light in the light garden:)

I'm out of London for Christmas but next year I'll try and do a bit of a music history bike ride to some of London's music related spots, should be interesting, I'll grill my folks for intel over the holidays as they were both here during the swinging 60's and early 70's and I've lived here for nearly 30 years. Thanks that's given me a cycling related project for next year:)

That’s a fantastic project! Perhaps a ride through Liverpool is in order… :) Seems like a wonderful place to live.
