Bianchi's Japanese source was still producing some Bianchi models at least into the very early 1990s. However, if you can wait until I get home to check the database, I can give you a better idea of the last reported date that I have on file. The sourcing was all a matter of the fluctuation of the Italian, Japanese and Taiwanese currencies, relative to each other. It was not unknown for some models to bounce back and forth between sources due to these fluctuations.

Thanks. I was thinking early 90s for road bikes, maybe later for MTBs.
