Stumbled on this website and I assumed it was simply a discount site selling end of the line products. Some of the pricing is "normal" (ex. Deore XT headsets for $46 which is on the high side) but some prices are very nice (Shimano HP 6200 headsets for $15). That set off my warning bells and so I tried to research the website and found very little. Google Safe Browsing showed no issues.


Someone suggested it was a new site and that it had been established on 15 Jan of this year and that you should never trust new websites.

I don't know why anyone would bother setting up a website that sells copies of Shimano headsets, used pistol mags, cheap furniture and many other items as a scam and with prices all over the map

I generally view something like this as not worth the risk, but I have talked myself into it a couple of times, and I clearly benefited from good luck at least once. I bought two Brooks saddles from a Chinese eBay seller that, as far as I can tell after checking with Brooks themselves, are the real thing. I twice bought a bolus of things from a seller called AdrenalineWorld, or something to that effect, and while my two orders came through fine, I started seeing reviews pop up that people were being stiffed. Shortly after, the website disappeared. One rear light that I received from them arrived non-functional, but there was no recourse. That was the only loss [knocks wood].

If you proceed, proceed with caution. It may not just be your purchased items at risk, but also your identity, which is a much greater loss.

These are auto generated websites that steal images and descriptions off the internet. Prices are usually determined by offering a discount compared to whatever listing they're ripping off, ideally in the range of very enticing but not too good to be true. You can google the website in the email address at the bottom of the page. They generate dozens of these webshops, hoping to phish information, emails, passwords, and credit card info. Some how these scammers have been known to mail garbage trinkets from China in order to provide a tracking number.

I think scam, too.

Not only did they steal the photos, they cut and pasted the "condition" information from the Ebay auction, too. I never, ever, ever trust a seller that uses others' images to represent their item; that says scam to me right off the bat.
