Hozan C-200 or ???

I thought the C-200 was a pedal wrench and that it looked like the below photo

A seller on the 'Bay has a listing phot'd below and described as "C-200 Compressing tool". Is this a Cotter press??? I need a press so still looking

Detail shot shows a different model number than C-200 but can't read it.

Ps I see the possible crack on one side.

Hozan makes a lot of different tools, only a small number of which are for bicycles. Doesn't look like a cotter pin press to me.

It looks like a valve spring compressor, maybe. For motorcycles or cars. I can see how I could use it for that, even if that's not its actual purpose.

I have a couple Hozan motorcycle tire irons. Good quality but a little small for wrestling with my CB350's road tires.

Here's another listing for the OP's tool in question. Advertised as suitable for ...airplanes?!
