Drillium Dude Where is the place that you pictured above? I'm sure I've been there but I can't place it. El Paso? NM? AZ? SoCal?

Mountain Road
Thanks... I was doing some consulting with and for a company over in Tempe from the late 90's until the early 2000's. I remember passing by and seeing those towers on the top of the hill. Maybe from I-10?

Yellowstone Park roads will remain free of vehicle traffic until the middle of this month. Here's a nice "empty road" shot from a couple of weeks ago just after the roads opened up fro bikes. Heading back tomorrow for another ride with my wife before the weather turns cold and blustery through next week.

Roads are still closed to vehicles in Yellowstone and I took this shot yesterday, with this thread in mind, of my wife on my favorite road structure in the Park. Locally called “Cantilever Bridge”, if there has to be a road there, this curved and semi-cantilevered bridge structure elegantly traverses it’s way around the rock face. I think it won an engineering award as well.

I’ve been meaning to add some recent pictures here. Seems fitting to follow @majmt with the first few.
