What vintage steel pedal is this?

anyone know whose logo this might be? it was attached to a cottered crank on an old Italian...

i planned to take more if i see it again - 'twas a 60s Olmo, or an early 70s maybe? (that very italian seat lug with collar binder etc) and campy dropouts front and back. Was in okay shape, except for fork blades displaced sideways to put front wheelrim 15-20mm off center. Pedals and cranks were clean and seemed original, but with no maker marks on the cranks. very little else was original, and with paint stripped away to show all chrome. had cable stays brazed onto top tube drive-side flanks (3 oclock position) which seemed odd...
