Phat bikes?

My wife's friend dropped off 2 bikes for me to fix. One is a Phat stretch cruiser. He says he can't find any information on it. I'm finding a lot of bikes, but not much information. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find some history on this company?

Looking closer, it's a "Femme Phatale". Made by Phat Cycles in California.

Sorry for the photo quality... my garage is pretty cramped right now lol
