2 things: you need to paint the space between the "twin plates" of the fork crown yellow to get the proper Masi look
and stem to bars has to be an EXACT match that's why they come in 2/10 mm sizes. cast pieces like stems
have 0% elasticity meaning your 26.4 and 26.0 combo is prone to failure. a cracked stem at speed is NO FUN

Similar query was asked regarding a Tommasini a while back, I don't think anyone could provide a definitive answer. The number of flags and the countries represented varies between models/years as well. Good question and deserves its own thread.
