Che Bello...
Just saw the poster for this year's Giro D'Italia, and I think it's fantastic (with a vintage vibe). Playing on the fall race dates brilliantly. Hopefully the race will actually take place...

I doubt he could climb that on a single speed. IGH maybe?

Other than a level top tube, not sure I pick-up the vintage vibe, sedate is my impression.
I sensed the solitary rider as a tribute to all the top riders skipping the Giro this year. Autumnal colours for the timing of the race, and the poster in general I love, but ....it doesn't strike me as a race poster. |
I love the chain stay-less frame... old school weight wienie.

I just thought the overall vibe/style was one of a vintage race poster, despite the helmeted rider and bike being more modern. And I like the theme, as the sun could be getting low on the horizon for some of the later stage finishes. |
You really do need to have bike with missing chainstays to get that vintage bike poster vibe. I swear it was required in the old days. Impossible bike illustrations make the poster more authentic! :D

Guy's also pedaling on his arch.
I'm no artist but it looks like someone did the cyclist and someone else did the rest of it, and the one who did the cyclist was years younger. |

At least it doesn't have disc brakes ;)
Thank you for sharing that! |
The tan-wall tires are kind of "retro"!

Here's a vintage classic that hangs in a neighborhood French bistro:
