Dang bicycle catalogs
After service my Super Strada I looked at the catalog to see how the aero brake housings ran. I guess the manufacturer didn't know the bike too well. I followed the photo and the rest housing is a little

Well, if you only do right-hand turns you're OK, I guess.

Catalogs are usually put together by photographers and graphic design people trying to achieve a "look". It's not always the people who built the product. It would not be unusual for the manufacturer to ship a batch of new bikes in boxes to the photo shoot location to be assembled upon arrival.

Yep, I made the same error on my first bike using aero routing, but live and learn. I didn't replicate the error on the second aero bike I wrapped.

Made me look! I had to check my Miyata 710 - my first aero-lever bike that I refurbed at my mother's place in AZ - so minimal tools and no internet!
Whew! I have a big ol' loop going around the stem to the NDS https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...26fb4334bf.jpg |

It's not as bad as it looks. You'd have to make a pretty sharp turn to affect it.
