I am with T-Mar on this: a "Torresini (Torpado and Italvega)... would be the leading candidate for manufacturer." and as he says, too early to be a genuine "Sarroni-licensed" frame and certainly nothing made by a Colnago builder. But not a bad score for the money you paid, given the Campy DOs and fork-ends it's most likely mainly, if not fully, Columbus SL

1. The Gran Sport crank, BB and HS are worth pretty close to the price of admission.
2. Modolo Sporting and Coppi saddle are pretty rare birds. Cinelli bar and stem...!
3. The frame, though a bit crude in places, has Campy dropouts and likely Columbus SL.
I was leaning toward it was an ItalVega, but that's above my knowledge base.

The 70's and early 80's Torpado, Italiavega superlight, Univega superlights (made by Torpado) have the same bottom bracket cutouts and diamond cutouts in the lugs.
