Non-drive side for me, right leg over and slip my foot into the toe strap. Otherwise my sword gets in the way as any horse person knows.

Mom always told me to mount a horse from the left side and it stuck when I got into bikes lol.

Driver's side always. Right foot on pedal, push off and swing left leg over.
I've never ridden clipped in before, but going to practice all winter and see if that changes how I mount.
I just bought a road bike, it's been almost 35 years since I had one. Looking forward to spring 2021!
Sorry, I can't post pics yet.

Generally, I will mount a bike from the left side, unless I happen to approach the bike from the right side. I have no problem going from either side. I'm left handed, so being ambidextrous is an acquired skill from surviving in a right-handed world.
