Help finding decals

Looking to replace the decals on this late 80s Cilo. Specifically the Columbus Aelle tubing decal and the multicolor bands both seen in this photo. Anyone know where to find?

They've actually ripped away even more since I have been working on the bike. They flake away every time you look at them funny.

Those tubing decals pop up on EBay intermittently.
Dunno about the multicolor bands tho.
