What a shame to see all these beautiful bikes unused, forcing manufacturers to produce new stuff instead..

Great googly-moogly. How many lovely French city bikes can you have? I just want a few Guidonnet levers, and Ideale saddles please. And bells. And fenders. And 650B wheelsets. And frames. And racks.
When you have to stack them 2 high, you know you've got issues. |

I had to google "fossick"

This looks like someone went through and bought every road bike on the local CL. Good in them; better on their SO!

I suspect that gugie’s Atelier in another couple of years.

Bikes are love bikes are life

Is anyone else impressed that so many of them are evenly placed and upright? Without hooks or racks or guides this is not easy to go, or long-lasting.

You'd hate to do the domino thing in that room. |
Racing on the left city in the middle, ladies on the right.

I thought so too but look close to the floor, rear wheel. Triangular bike stands, smaller than the norm.
You'd hate to do the domino thing in that room. Single stands work but they need more space. What I did in one trailer I use for storage is to hang a beam of hooks up high on the wall, so the one row of bikes is hanging by a wheel on a hook, and the other row is on the floor on display stands. It lets me alternate and save some space. A second row of double hooks above the row sitting on the grown allows me to store wheels, frames and a few full bikes hanging from above as well. It let me really maximize the space in a 40ft container for storage. Packed that tight though they're still tough to get at if the one you need is either on the wall or hanging above the row on the ground, especially if its a heavier bike. |
