700c steel rims and folding tires..?

I am getting closer to assembling my sixties something Torpado but I have a question. Can I run folding gumwall tires (700c x 28) on these steel rims or do I have to go with wire bead..?

They are hookless, right? Can't remember.

If so, then I would stick with wire bead personally.
