Rear derailleur cable run

I'm posting this because I see a lot of excess cable on posted bikes. If you're using a slant parallelagram derailleur a loop of cable is fine. On regular old derailleurs their is no need for a big loop of cable.

Campagnolo specs call for a longer cable housing than other brands. (You can look it up!)
