Centurion

Hi! I just found a centurion LeMans on ebay and am extremely tempted to pop for it.
I have not seen a LeMans with both 105 components and indexed shifting before. Does anybody have any advice or comments on this? For under 200 dollars it seems like a really good deal.
It looks like a 1988 Yellow LeMans in pretty good condition.

Yea it looks beautiful, I'm a sucker for the 80's paint jobs.
I'm like 5'9" so I think it would fit me alright. Would love to fix it up!
I generally like using regular pedals so I will have to look into it. Did not know there was a market for it!

Lovely color scheme, and with a triple crank!

I second the advice to make sure size is comfortable for you. I’m about your height and prefer a 54 frame. That looks like it’s roughly 56-58.

It's a sweet bike.

I have an 88 in that color scheme. It is not too light but a very nice riding bike. Convert the hub to hyperglide, put a modern 7 speed cassette and some microshift integrated shifters and it will be a great rider. I also put a 38 ring on it as it is hilly here. It will fit 28c tires.

Just picked it up and someone had already converted it to hyperglide! Dura-ace hubs, mavic rims, entirely 105 drivetrain, and brifters!
