Any recommendations for tall-ish black quill stem?

Hoping someone has a recommendation for a stem with the following characteristics:
  • Quill stem
  • Black
  • 26 clamp diameter
  • Tallish, but not too tall. <= 190mm

I have a Nitto Technomic deluxe (in use on another bike) which fits well. It gets the bars a touch higher than a standard road stem and can be level or a little higher than the seat, without being crazy tall. But it is a little spendy, and does not come in black. Iíll probably go for that again if I canít find something in black (or something cheaper in silver), but I was hoping one of you knowledgeable folks would have a suggestion. Thanks!

Soma Sutro comes in black, but is also a bit expensive.

Another vote for the Soma Sutro. At around $50 new, it may be pricey by used component LBS standards, but for a very specific type of quill stem (black, tall, 26.0 clamp), that extremely rarified air comes with a price. In this case, only a little bit of a price.

I used a silver Soma Sutroon my Holland. They are not as tall as the Technonic, but that was what I wanted to save a few ounces. They are very nicely finished.

Very helpful. It seems like the Soma Sutro is just what I'm looking for. I don't need a ton more height, but a few extra cm gives me what I need. Thanks for the suggestion!
