Aluminum frames tested were BERTIN Vitus Futural, BRIDGESTONE RADAC 2000, CANNONDALE SR800 Criterium Series, MANGUSTA 5000, MIYATA Alumitech 6300, PERFORMANCE Corsa, RALEIGH Technium Instinct, TREK 1000, and UNIVEGA NuovoTech 450.

Carbon fiber frames tested were CENTURION Dave Scott Ironman Carbon, MIYATA Carbon Tech 1000, SPECIALIZED Allez Epic, and TREK 2300.

I bought a 1988 Bridgstone RADAC 2100 in 1989 while living on Oahu and had it until late last year when it was stolen out of our garage (the only bike they took out of four in the garage). I bought it as a follow-on to the 1987 Bridgestone Mile 112 that I bought when I moved to Oahu in late 1987. I really enjoyed riding the RADAC which was about 4 pounds lighter than my Bridgestone Mile 112.
