I need to buy new dust caps for pedals hub where they sell those?

That is called the bottom bracket. Ebay or many of different bicycle vendors.

That is a cottered crank. There are no dust caps for a crank spindle like that

Ebay. Search for "sharp bottom bracket boot." Different than yours but same basic idea. Not made anymore so very expensive now. Also very unnecessary.

I am used to have sand and bearings destroyed every 1-3 months because of it.
