Silk sew-ups

Boo hoo my beautiful Paris-Roubaix tyres! After only thirty years in storage mounted airless on rims they dried right up!
Is there any way to save them? Some kind of Oil of Olay for sidewalls? Bottle of liguid RestoraLatex one can paint right on the carcass?
Maybe if I re-glue them and just smear the rim cement all over the sidewall?

Guess only dentists can afford cycling anymore... https://www.renehersecycles.com/shop...ubaix-tubular/ .....sheesh

That’s interesting...wasn’t aware. I have a couple sets of good tubs to get glued up “soon,” maybe I’ll give that a shot. You use it?

eBay user v*v*velo has some new/old FMB PR from a defunct (I think) race team he's been selling. (Much cheaper than new.) I grabbed a pair and installed on my Griffon. Date stamp reads May 2011.
