Looks PX-level (full 531 from what we can see of the tubing sticker) but probably a different model due to the components. Mid-'80s.

What is the serial number? Your decals look a lot like those on my son's (formerly my) 1980 PKN-10. Mine top tube reads "hand-brazed" (in French) on one side and "Competition" on the other. If yours is a PX-10 or equivalent, as I suspect from the chrome stays, it should say "Super Competition" on the top tube. Color is a silvered pearlescent white, same as mine.

My old PKN-10, now my son's kiddie-puller, although the boys are getting big for the trailer now.

A good year. Any year that didn't come with a quill seat post or a grub screw seat post is a good year!

That is the second Peugeot Super Competition that I have seen. Not really positive that it is a Super Competition but the one that I had was darn near identical and sported the decal "Super Competition" on the top tube. Wish that I had kept it. Sorry, no pictures of the bike.

Most likely an 82.....
If the components are original (Mafac LSX sidepull brakeset, Simplex Retrofriction shifters, Simplex SLJ 5500 RD.....), , it means its one of the top models in their lineup for that year...... like a PX-10?

Need the S/N. Mine started with B0, where the 0 indicates 1980. Mine had Swiss BB threading, which Peugeot belatedly phased in during that general time period. (Motobecane beat them in getting the fixed cup threading right (or should I say, left?).)
