Let's Build a Mixte(for my daughter)

Just call me Carrie
As a female who has ridden “men’s” bikes since I was 17, seriously, ask what she wants before a build. I only ride men’s and can’t imagine riding a Mixte built on someone else’s ideas, if I had any input. I loved my old Fuji so much that I purchased a replica of it what I was in my 40s.

Little bit of an update.
My kid has been riding her commute on it for about a week. She's all smiles. Her words:
"It rides really well, everything works great. I really enjoy how light and smooth it is to ride. Thank you for building it."
She's twenty years old now. A couple of years ago I had a tough time getting any gratitude from her. She's always been a great kid, but her teenage years were a little rough on all of us... I am happy to see her growing into a wonderful young woman.
Anyhow, I found this old Lone Peak front bag in the basement the other day. She likes how it looks, so we'll see how it works out.

roger_m , Congrats on the bike build and raising a daughter.
My daughter was really difficult 13-19 as well, I know how that feels.
It's great that your daughter appreciates a classic bike.
