Good blokes - H. LLoyd decals
I ordered a some decals for a Claud Butler Velox S. They had everything except that their decal that said VELOX only said VELOX, not VELOX S (the Velox was only one year, after that they were the Velox S).
I asked if they might have the VELOX S decal - "Do you have a picture and I should be able to make it for you."
My decals were rubbish, so I pointed them to a pic of a bike on the net.
Today, everything arrived, nicely packed between sheets of stiff card, no extra charge, and lo and behold:

I agree they gave me excellent customer service when I bought decals for a repaint project, and they had the right combination of decals including vinyl and waterslide.

A + from me. I asked for custom color for an existing set on their site. All I had to do is give them a proper color code (CMYK in my case) and they produced them. I ended up not using them, but only because I changed my mind on the project.

My large order got lost in the post
Lloyds replaced them free of charge but I returned them as the originals finally showed up a few days after the replacement. Very impressed with their whole operation.

They separated one decal from a group for me ... which is nice.

I will never order from them again. Years ago they sent me some Legnano stickers for my first Legnano...
The head tube and seat tube stickers did not stick! Lloyds told me to put some glue on the back and that was the extent of their customer service...
The down tube sticker has misaligned borders. Unfortunately, you cannot see the misaligned area on this picture and it is the only picture that I have but I DO remember the unprofessional appearance to this day...
I rarely run down a place of business but this really made me angry. That said, this was in the early days of aftermarket decals and stickers. Perhaps Lloyds is doing a better job now. I will never know.

And also, the originals were paint-through-stencils; the edges of the colours were not sharp, and the alignment was none too tidy either.

H. Lloyd really do have amazing and interesting things. Bought this on a whim earlier this year.
