"Paramount" serial number decoding

Hi folks,
I just acquired a Paramount frame that appears to be Japan manufactured. Serial# is IA03426. Tange dropouts with 130mm rear spacing. Decals & braze-ons are similar to my 88 Paramount. Any inputs on where & when this frame was made?

Probbly a 91 panasonic made in January
