How many ways to misspell Schwinn?

I've seen it mentioned in other threads but could not find a thread specifically on this so thought it might be a fun topic. Looking at FB Marketplace today I found one of the more common renderings, Schwann, but was taken aback just now to see a Schinng. The bike is a ladies' Cross Fit and does not deserve this, and it's cheap if you need one.

Let's see some others!

I sorta understand that one, given the run of consonants, but the different ways that Fuji gets misspelled on CL ads just boggles my mind.

There was a Austro Daimler near me listed as an Astra Damer, Astro Dimer or something to that effect with pictures taken with a potato. I would have gave the $25 asking price easily had I known what it was. Someone on here bought it though and I think it was too far gone anyway.

Actual listings I've seen had:

"Shwine"
"Schwine"
"Shwane"
FWIW I still have the Le Tour I bought for $25 from a Buffalo CL ad. That was the above "Schwine" listing. Since then I often call them "Swine bikes, can't help it.

I live in Quebec. At least once a week someone posts a Montague bike. But usually it's just someone who misspelled "velo montagne" (mountain bike) and not an M-E1

The ad was placed in Buffalo. Where was the bike actually acquired?

My guess would be Cheektowaga or West Seneca. If so - Did the seller have a screened "porch" and pink flamingos as well?

I saw a Marketplace titled with Schwinn for sale and the bike in the photo was clearly labeled Univega. Gotta love ads like that.

I'd guess there are 31^7 ways to misspell it.

That's over 27.5 BILLION ways to misspell it. It may be substantially higher.

Well, I was able to pick up my '86 Miyata 710 that had languished on the Phoenix Craigslist for several weeks for a screaming deal because it was represented as a 'Miata road bike'... Ya gotta look for possible seller misspellings for good deals!!!
