Another missed opportunity. I had written Kijiji off a few years back when I discovered FB marketplace because I found the adds were outdated, over priced and not as good a system as FB but have gone back to checking them out because there are some good sales. This morning I saw a post from someone in Brampton selling a collection of vintage bike frames, including a 70's celeste Bianchi, a Miele, a Fuji and many others and asking $15/frame!!!! I added it to my favourites but alas, a few hours later the post was gone.

Is there any way to see if a Kijiji post has been sold?

There must be someone in the vintage GTA market who is buying up a lot of stuff because I saw another add on FB with some guy selling 2 big bins of random older bike parts, some forks, wheels and a frame or 2 for $150/lot. Good price for sure and it was gone within the hour.

With Kijiji (like Craigslist) items are only removed when either a certain amount of time has expired (I think 55 days for Kijiji) or seller deletes ad. What I think happened was someone saw the ad, called in and bought all the frames at once and seller deleted. I know of no way to track what happened to an ad beyond checking you search history and clicking the link. Even then you'll only see "the listing is not available anymore". Adding an ad to your favorites won't help preserve it.

I'm guessing that was what happened at those prices. Someone came in a bought them all. Speaking of good prices, found this one earlier today which I can't imagine will last long at this price. Guessing this would have been an entry level Miele bike.
