In three wheel motorcycle road racing- there was a team that did quite well until the configuration was outlawed
tadpole trike- the driver and monkey sat tandem style- very stable
out-cornered everyone. Even had a nose fairing.

Maybe you could apply a 2/3 correction factor to the speed, to account for the extra wheel.

I think the history of this thing would be interesting. It looks like it has a Schwinn chain ring, kickstand and bar grips.
