Dura Ace Sl-7402 parts source

I have a set of Dura Ace Sl-7402 8 speed shifters, but no mounting bolts. These bolts are : left side - front derailleur part number 680 - 9854 - this is listed as an M5X19
right side - rear derailleur part number 680 - 3330 this is listed as an M5X14.5

I know this has been discussed before but can't find where. Being Shimano there are two separate sizes M5x19 and M5x14.5 used by this particular shifter model. I assume that the M5 is the standard metric 5mm size and that 19 or 14.5 is the length in mm, but would the thread pitch be 8?

I know Shimano made an odd-ball M4.5 size, but thought every other Shimano boss was for the M5 bolt pattern. Assuming I can find any for sale are all the Shimano M5 bolts the same thread (Could I cut one to fit the short side?)

IIRC someone suggested an alternative sourcer by I can't recall who......
See diagram below (if it loads!!)

A look cleat screw or any M5 screw with a similar “cheese head” will work for the right side and most any shipmano D ring screw from another shifter should work on the left.
