Seeking help, identifying this derailleur.

Just received my eBay Peugeot OU 8.
it had this derailleur that was sent with the bike.
Can anyone provide me with info ?

It's a Suntour Vx branded for the Fuji line of bicycles.

rear mech is Suntour (MAEDA) VX serie

they were offered with cages of three differing lengths

from what can be seen in the photo your example looks to exhibit the shortest of the three
