I have recently come across www.shopgoodwill.com. I am mostly looking for musical instruments but have seen a number of interesting bikes there. Currently, there is a Benotto for $19.98. Granted, the forks are installed backwards, but one person’s lack of knowledge is another person’s gain.

I'd have to need something pretty bad to buy off Bike Recyclery at the prices I see there.
