Mystery QR skewers.

Hello all. I recently picked up a box of old parts. Among the brakes and stems and things there were these two QR skewers of a type I hadn't seen before. They seem fairly light. There's no identifying name or mark on them that I can see.

Anyone know what these are? Thanks.

Wow that was fast, thank you! It never crossed my mind that American Classic made wheels and skewers.

they made HUBS which came with these lightweight skewers, if they made complete wheels I never saw any.

EDIT: I stand corrected, they were not making complete wheels back when these skewers (and hubs) were current, but in modern times they have offered complete wheelsets. However from what I see they do not come with skewers like these pictured.

I've seen more modern wheelsets made by them, hubs rims and skewers, but I didn't know they made hubs and things back in the day. All I had seen was seat posts and bottle cages.
