Set and sequence of campy record brake washers

I recently came across a set of Record brakes, I believe the 2040 version (https://velobase.com/ViewComponent.a...m=117&AbsPos=3). However, the pair came with a bagged assortment of nuts and washers and I am not sure what might be missing or what the correct assembly order is. The diagrams and pictures at Velobase do not include the nice exploded view Iíve sometimes seen.

Currently, I have: 2 beveled washers, 3 toothed washers, 1 concave washer, and 2 nuts

I imagine the use of concave washers will depend on the shape of the fork crown and rear brake bridge, but I canít think of where one would be the right amount. Any guidance on whatís missing that I might need to track down and the correct assembly order would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and of course let me know if I can provide any other useful information and Iíll do my best!

No sign of the concave washer. If anyone else is looking, page 36 of the 1982 catalogue also shows the concave washers, with the single concave (part 2023) included for the front and a pair of concave washers (part 2042) available "on request" for round rear brake bridges. I believe these are currently available at Boulder Bicycle.

The last email Boulder sent this month had the concave washers listed. I noticed some on eBay in mixed washer sets but cannot say who the listing was from. I try to keep a few in my spares box, and ďodds and endsĒ container.
