Regina SL Chain

I might soon need a replacement for both my Regina SL Hollow pin chain and Regina CX-S 6 speed Freewheel. I'm hoping for maybe 13-26/28 on the freewheel (13-24 now but might do NYC 5 Borough this year and might need a little help on the Verazanno!) I had the whole Regina Kit with all of the cogs and spacers but it got lost in my move.
The popular auction site sellers seem to think these freewheels and chains are made of gold.
Anyone think it's worth getting premium BF to seek these 2 items? Or any leads? I know it might sound ridiculous, I'm kind if set on these 2 items... really don't want to go with Sachs/Sedis for example if I don't have to...although I have some Sedis chains. If you feel my pain, please let me know!

Freewheels and chains are consumable items. Unless the bike is a wall-hanger, I'd swallow my pride and use a modern freewheel and chain. Shifting will be better, as well.

Wait, are offering a practical suggestion?! You might be right though.
