Sell a bike make a friend

I sold my Bianchi to a guy that lives pretty far away from me (4 hour drive one way) . James and I have stayed in touch after the sale , he has one other C&V bike besides the Bianchi a 70's Paramount . This bike is his latest acquisition , a Cucchietti Villata . James says it's from a small builder , I'm guessing Italy . For some reason I cant copy and paste Jim's picture , but this is like the bike he bought .
Mark .

I kinda did the reverse. Got a great deal on a new to me motorcycle years ago.
The guy that sold it to me has since become a great friend.
Howdy, Kraig!

Same thing happened to me in reverse. Bought a bike from a local flipper and we became good friends and rode many miles together.

It happens!

I parted out an 80's De Rosa w/SR about 5 years ago, and the first respondent to the ad became a good friend. Introduced me to the local coop and have done multiple centuries together.

I think the ones I underprice go to friends, or at least they act like it.

Every once in a while advocacy creates another advocate, and the link therefore reinforces the vibe.

I see it with cat people all the time.
