Is there a Box 'O Crap Anonymous self-help program? I need nothing, will likely get nothing, and will not be able to stuff the box with enough of my crap to make me feel really virtuous, yet I am still, somehow, oddly drawn to put my hat in the arena once again. Gambling issue? Who knows -- the lotto does not appeal, but then again my odds in the BoC wheel of fortune are a lot better -- especially as my estimation of a worthy payoff is pretty low...
Oh well -- it is winter in the midwest... how else am I going to while away the great, dark days and cold nights? O exalted Crapmaster, please allow me to get my fix -- put me back on the list...

@JulesCW ,
As chief enabler I am virtually powerless to help you recover from this addiction. I suspect it may be a terminal issue for most who participate, they will never kick the habit. But as the CrapMaster, I will facilitate your request. You have been placed on the list again. Play on Crap-a-Teers and enjoy the boundless abundance of the "Crap" within the box. Smiles, CrapMaster Honk

USAZorro I met a guy on a few rides around here, and he planted the idea of track racing in a 60+ class. So I thought hmmmm....

Well, the Box landed yesterday.
Teaser:

Parts released into the project queue: (those are MAFAC levers, btw)

and a decal that may go on an adventure with me later this year.

Have the address for the next stop on Box World Tour, and expecting to launch it off to the prairie tomorrow.

I had forgotten I put that in there. One of my students loves making art and prints up stickers as a little side business. She went with a luche libre theme on this one. I'll let her know she's gone national!

Box was placed in the custody of USPS yesterday. I have the tracking somewhere, and will pass that on once I find it.

I've got some stuff that needs a new home. Maybe I can make room in the Box for it. @Mad Honk will you add me to the list? If I get in now, it could make for an easy hand-off for @RustyJames.

Andy_K As CrapMaster I am not responsible for your removal of excess crap, unless it can go into the Exalted Box O' Crap to be used by another forum member behind you. And so for that reason I will grant your request to be placed in line for the BOC with the hopes you will remove some of your crap in accordance with the rules of the BOC game. Smiles, CrapMaster Honk

The BOC touches down...
I got home from work today and the BOC was sitting regally on a stool in the middle of the kitchen... my wife said "OK, what is THAT?" I answered "THAT is the hallowed box of crap, dear..." and proceeded to tell her tales of glory associated with being part of the Society of Crap-o-teers.
She inexplicably appeared unmoved and unimpressed. Ah well, such is the lot of the toiler in the mines o' crap... I shed a quiet tear, heaved the BOC off of its ceremonial stool, and shuffled down into the bike cave for an episode of secluded exploration...
Here it is upon opening...

On its way west today...
The BoC will resume its wandering today -- on its way back out west....
My haul -- A have a couple of bare frame sets hanging around --these derailleurs will come in handy, as will the M5 bolts, and who can resist a scary tunnel sticker?

The saga continues…

The book is covering the sender and recipients addresses though an entertaining read.

Small-ish haul for me. Whoever put the CODA seat tube clamp in there, THANK YOU! Earlier today I was looking online for something to go onto my KillerV. Nailed it!
Many thanks to all my fellow crapateers! 💩 on!

Red-handled thing was used to persuade the liner back into shape.

Well, my old Dura-Ace chainring with the anodizing coming off lasted one stop before being freed from the box -- cool! It's a great piece, just ugly!
