Rennaisance - Cycles Netherlands

Hi
I have been looking for a part and think I found it on Rennaisance - Cycles (I believe in the Netherlands) website. I never ordered from them. Has anyone here had recent dealings with them? What was your experience like.
Thanks!

Here's some recent, mostly positive feedback on them from the forum.
