10k post club
I just notice my last post put me over 10,000. Clearly I either spend much too much time here or this is my online home. Maybe both.
But I've meet some wonderful people on this forum, and count as some of my closest friends met here. Bike people are generally good people. C&V bike people are especially wonderful. I've learned a lot here, reviving my love of bicycles, riding, and multi-day touring after making it through the middle age hump where you have 10 lbs of stuff and only a 5 lb sack to put it in. Once the kids started needing less supervision I could make time for long rides, working in the Atelier, and collecting some cool vintage bikes and bits.
But I keep coming back to "come for the bikes, stay for the people."
This is my tribe.
But I've meet some wonderful people on this forum, and count as some of my closest friends met here. Bike people are generally good people. C&V bike people are especially wonderful.
