Mrs Gulch's Bike

It might be a well known bit of bicycling culture, but I had occasion recently to seek out an image of a particular old woman riding a bike, from the classic film, and I wondered, "What kind of bike is that?"

Is it an iconic bit of bicycling development? Does someone still have it, somewhere? I think a bike that converted into a flying broom would have some value, if only for sentimental reasons. Anyone have knowledge?

I can’t vouch for the source, but there are “answers” here.

She was "Miss" Gulch, not Mrs.
